DR. SUNDRA RYCE HARDY

Dr. Sundra Ryce Hardy is the founder of Sundra Ryce, Inc. and Ryce Development LLC. She is an organizational leadership consultant, experienced strategist, thought leader, and motivational speaker. Dr. Sundra has more than 27 years of corporate leadership experience and a vast experience in working with Fortune 100 companies and family businesses, globally. She is a specialist in organizational transformation, leadership well-being, and construction management.

During her career, Dr. Sundra has successfully overseen and completed more than $500 million in construction and development projects across the U.S. Dr. Sundra has received numerous awards and recognition, including founding, and leading one of the Nation’s Top 100 Largest Black Businesses by Black Enterprise Magazine. She provides vision, strategy, and corporate leadership to organizations and executives worldwide.

Dr. Sundra received a Master of Science Degree in Education from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Sundra enjoys helping leaders and organizations achieve 10X, cultivate bottom line results, and experience extraordinary leadership functioning as they navigate this new era. She has been featured in numerous publications, worldwide. Dr. Sundra is married to Dr. Lawrence Hardy and resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
